■お支払い方法 / Payment
お申込みの際にご登録いただいた宛先に、請求書を発行させていただきます。お支払いは請求書発行日10日以内（休祝日除く）に請求書に記載された口座までお振込み下さい。
An invoice will be sent to the address registered. Payment must be settled within 10 working days of the invoice issued date via bank transfer to the designed account.
■キャンセル規約 / Cancellation & Refund Policy
●2月24日までに書面にてご連絡の場合：手数料10%を引いた参加費 をご返金いたします。
●2月25日以降にご連絡の場合：返金できかね ます。後日会議資料をご送付させていただきます。
※ご返金は会議終了後とさせていただきます。
※止むを得ない理由のためプログラム内容、講演者を変更する場合及び開催日程を変更、中止する場合もございますのでご了承ください。
●Written notification of cancellation is received by February 18th : Conference fee minus 10% handling charge will be refunded.
●Cancellation requested from February 19th onwards：No refund can be made.
※All refunds will be granted after the event.
※Please be informed that the conference program, speakers, date, may be changed or cancelled due to situations beyond the organizer's control.
