* Above fees don't include 8% consumption tax.
* Please be informed that the agenda, speakers, venue and date may be changed or cancelled due to situations beyond the organizer’s control.
■Payment
You will receive your invoice within ten working days of receipt of your completed registration form. Please pay your Registration fee by the due date.
* All payments will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
* JTB Communication Design, Inc. is the conference organizer for the Japan Electronic Trading Conference and will bill and collect fees on behalf of AIMA JAPAN.
■Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, it is possible to have somebody attend in his/her place. Cancellation is possible only if the registration office receives written notification to that effect. Please be advised that:
・ Cancellation requested by May 25th, 2017: Registration fee minus 10% handling charge will be refunded.
・ Cancellation requested from May 26th, 2017onward: No refund can be made.
* All refunds will be granted after the forum.
* The registration will be cancelled if the secretariat is unable to confirm the payment in 2 weeks or before the forum.
Online Registration is Closed. Delegates wishing to register, please come to the registration desk located on the JIJI PRESS HALL directly on June 8th.

■支払方法
お申込後10営業日以内に事務局より請求書をご送付致します。請求期日までの銀行振込でのお支払いをお願いいたします。

＊AIMA JAPAN より本サミット運営を受託しております、株式会社JTBコミュニケーションデザインより参加費をご請求いたします。
■キャンセル規定
ご出席できない場合、代理の方のご出席が可能です。キャンセルの場合には、以下に定められた日付に従ってご返金いたします。
・ 2017年5月25日（木）までにご連絡頂いた場合:
手数料10%を除いた参加費をご返金いたします。
・ 2017年5月26日（金）以降にご連絡頂いた場合 :
ご返金できかねます。
* ご返金は会議終了後にさせていただきます。
* 請求書発行より2週間以内もしくは、会期前にお振込が確認できない場合は、登録をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
