■Registration Fees

＊Above fees include 8% consumption tax.

＊Please visit to check if your company is a member of FIA.

＊The registration fee includes conference materials, cocktail reception, coffee and tea breaks, and a buffet lunch.

■ Payment Method

Please choose "Bank Transfer" or "Credit Card" payment.
All payments must be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

［Bank Transfer］
You will receive your invoice within 10 working days after we received your completed registration form.
Full payment is required by due date.

＊Please quote your invoice number with your payment, to ensure your credit is correctly allocated.

＊All The bank charge shall be borne by the applicants.

＊ICS Convention Design, Inc., acts as a special cooperative organizer of this event with FIA Japan, will bill and collect fees.

Please refer to 【Handling of the Personal Information】 on how your credit card information will be handled.

■ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may only be granted with written notification to the conference organizer.

・Cancellations requested by April 15, 2015: 100% refund of registration fees (minus the bank handling fee).

＊All refunds will be granted after the event.

・Cancellations requested after April 16, 2015: No refund shall be made.

＊Please note the registration might be cancelled if the event organizer is unable to confirm the payment by due date.

■ Accomodation

We have a special room rate available for our conference participants at Palace Hotel Tokyo.

Since this room rate is closed rate, please note that all reservation should be made through Conference Secretariat.
