Liquidity of the market can be produced by the combination between the primary and secondary markets. As the launch of digital securities trading on PTS is planned in 2023, there will be more active discussions on how to build the market for ST this year. This session intends to draw a picture of the desired market structure of trading digital securities and analyze the issues which need be resolved to build its market liquidity. |
