Jürgen Marziniak was Head of Global Securities Services within Deutsche Bank AG.  He was responsible for Customer Management, Global Securities Operations and Global Securities Information Technology.

Jürgen Marziniak was Chief Executive Officer of Clearstream Banking Luxembourg (formerly Cedelbank) and was responsible for sales worldwide, product development, strategic business planning, credit and treasury. Jürgen Marziniak joined Clearstream Banking Luxembourg in April 1998 as Chief Operating Officer.  He was a member of the Group Executive Management and member of the Executive Board of Clearstream Banking Aktien-gesellschaft in Frankfurt/Germany, formerly Deutsche Boerse Clearing AG.

Prior to joining Clearstream Banking Luxembourg, Jürgen Marziniak gained over twenty years experience in international banking and securities and custody services at the Deutsche Bank Group.  As global head he had worldwide responsibility for custody services within Deutsche Bank AG. Jürgen Marziniak has extensive experience in the management of change, comprising strategic and tactical planning and improving organisational efficiency and competitiveness. Jürgen Marziniak�fs other experience includes senior roles in the commercial and institutional banking division of Deutsche Bank as General Branch Manager both in Germany and Hong Kong and Country and General Manager in Indonesia.

Jürgen Marziniak was a member of the Board and Regional Chairman Europe of the International Society of Securities Administrators (ISSA) and a former member of the Supervisory Board of OMGEO, New York, a virtual matching utility for North America.
