Method of Payment
Payment is required in advance. Upon receipt of booking, an invoice will be issued.  Payment can be made in the following methods:

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. A full refund less a 15% administration charge will be made for cancellations received in writing at least 28 days prior to the conference for both delegate reservations and documentation orders. It is regretted that no refunds will be made or invoices cancelled after this date. Program was correct at the time of publication. G-MAC reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the program or speakers for reasons beyond its control.
