(Cancellations)
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome
at no extra charge. A full refund less a 10% administration charge
will be made for cancellations received in writing at least
three weeks prior to the conference date.
It is regretted that no refunds will be made or invoices cancelled
within three weeks of the conference date. Cancellation terms
apply to both delegate reservations and documentation orders.
