Payment You will receive your invoice within ten working days of receipt of your completed registration form. Cancellation Policy Cancellations may only be granted with written notification to the conference organizer. * Cancellations requested by September 19, 2012: 100% refund of registration fees (minus a handling charge). * Cancellations requested after September 20, 2012: The registrant will be unable to receive a refund. * All refunds will be granted after the event. * The registration will be cancelled if the event organizer is unable to confirm the payment within 2 weeks of sending the invoice.	キャンセル規定 会議ご出席キャンセルの場合、以下に定められた日付に従って返金いたします。 ・9月19日までにご連絡頂いた場合：登録料全額をご返金（但し銀行振込み手数料はご参加者負担とします。） ・9月20日以降のご連絡：返金はできません。 ＊ご返金は会議終了後といたします。 ＊請求書発行日より2週間以内に参加費が確認できない場合は、登録をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
