PaymentYou will receive your invoice within ten working days of receipt of your completed registration form. Full payment is required within 21 days of the date of invoice.* Please quote your invoice number with your payment, to ensure your credit is correctly allocated. * All payments will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). * G-MAC / ICS Convention Design, Inc. is the conference organizer for the FPL Japan Electronic Trading Conference and will bill and collect fees on behalf of FIX Protocol Limited. |

Cancellation PolicyCancellation may only be granted with written notification to the conference organizer.* Cancellation requested by September 22, 2010: 100% refund of registration fees (minus a handling charge). * Cancellation requested after September 23, 2010: The registrant will be unable to receive a refund. * All refunds will be granted after the event. * The registration will be cancelled if the event organizer is unable to confirm the payment within 2 weeks of sending the invoice. |
キャンセル規定会議ご出席キャンセルの場合、以下に定められた日付に従って返金いたします。・9月22日までにご連絡頂いた場合：登録料全額をご返金（但し銀行振込み手数料はご参加者負担とします。） ・9月23日以降のご連絡：返金はできません。 ＊ご返金は会議終了後といたします。 ＊請求書発行日より2週間以内に参加費が確認できない場合は、登録をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。 |
